Sonic Industries is a manufacturer of Sheet Metal and Wire Components and other allied press parts. The company offers a range of washers: plain washers, spring washers, star washers, lock washers, machined washers and a range of fastener washers – plain, wire spring lock, multi tooth star lock, fan disc lock, wave, spring disc (Belleville) and machined washers. All these washers are manufactured with very close tolerance in dimension and shape, suitable for mass production with automatic screw + washer assembly machine. Materials of construction: stainless steel (AISI grade 202, 304, 316), spring steel, copper, brass, bronze (PBz). Coating (plating) facilities: gold (hard), silver, tin, nickel, black phosphate, zinc and other. The company has all infrastructure facilities to produce these items, including power presses, hand presses, polishing machines and an in-house tool room. Applications are: chemical, electrical, electronics, valves, controllers, automotive, aeronautics, etc. The company also offers metal dome 12.2 mm triangles with dimple for electronic membrane key pad, widely used in electronic weighing scales.
