BJ&P Engineers Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001-2008 accredited company, offers a range of Ring type Joint Gaskets designed to seal high pressure applications between the preformed grooves of the mating surfaces. The sealing is initiated by the initial line contact or compressive force between the flange surfaces. The softer gasket materials with specified hardness lesser than mating flange will flow into the imperfections of the flange with the help of bolt force and makes the sealing. Due to the solid structure the gasket will withstand high blow out pressure of the media. Materials of construction: soft iron; SS 304; SS 316; duplex steel; SA182F5; SS 347, etc. Dimensional standards: complies with dimensions of ASME B 16.20.
