O-Rings & Seals

O-rings and seals in all types of synthetic rubbers and PTFE-Teflon as per BS, ISO, ASTM, German, Swedish, French standards, inches and metric O-rings and gasket seals more than 2 mtr ID are available. A4 Enginners (A4E) designs and manufactures hydraulic and pneumatic seals, viz., rod seals, piston seals, wipers, scrapers, and sealing systems for industrial hydraulic and pneumatic actuators and valves. These include the range from O-rings and urethane U-cups to PTFE/O-ring combinations. The company incorporates many types of manufacturing processes in order to fabricate moulded rubber/moulded elastomeric products. Rubber ranges: silicone, viton, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, butyl, SBR, natural, polyurethane, hypalon, polyacrylic, etc. PTFE-Teflon ranges: virgin, glass-filled, carbon-filled, bronze-filled, MOS2-filled PTFE materials.
