Gaskets - Liquid and Compound

Zeal Polymers offers Liquid and Compound Gaskets for heavy-duty applications. Zealac GA is a state-of-the-art high temperature liquid gasket; whereas Zealac RT 3 is a highly effective non-hardening compound gasket. Zealac GA is a one part polymeric sealant, which sets and dries unconditionally at room temperature. The product is recommended for use on assembly of critical high demand flanged end joints. This liquid sealant will be highly effective on assembly joints of oil engines, pumps, heat exchangers, two wheeler engine assembly, pressure vessel, thread lock, oil sumps, genets, thermic oil heater, internal combustion engines, differential pan, and all other flanged joints. The sealant is a viscous liquid, which dries in a highly resilient profile. The joint can be bolted immediately. The profile can sustain 100% oil, steam water, lubricants kerosene, brine, grease and petrol. The application is extremely simple as there is practically zero wastage. Spillage can be scooped with bare hands, as it is non-irritating and non-toxic. Zealac RT 3 is a viscous paste and has technical features similar to Zealac GA. Non hardening compounds have their unique advantage which allows smoke and gas build-up inside large motors needs to be removes across the joint. In such an assembly the smoke if any, it escapes across the joint but does not does not rupture the seal. A liquid gasket eliminates the work on inventory and waste of trimmings. Thus Zealac sealants are user friendly and highly economical. Modification of any feature can be done as per the assembly line requirement.
