Agitator Seals

Maruti Seals offers Agitator Seals, MSPL-555. It is manufactured as per international standards. It is a top entry drive/ side entry drive, balanced type seal, independent of direction of rotation. It is a cartridge unit, hydraulically balanced, stationary seal. All units are tested. Applications: chemical/ petrochemical plants, oil refineries, solvents, fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, etc. Operating limits: shaft diameter (d) - 25 to 150 mm; pressure (Pr) - 10 bar; temperature (t) - (-) 35 to 300°C; velocity (V) - 25m/s; and axial movement - ±1 mm. Features: seal face materials and elastomers can be offered for wide service applications with wedges and O-ring as secondary soft seal; and direction of rotation is seen from the driven end of the shaft.
