Hotmelt Dispenser

Mahisa Electronics offers a Hotmelt Dispenser. This is an automated electronically and pneumatically operated device specially designed for gluing and folding inner cartons after placing the contents inside it, reducing the manual labour. The automatic gluing and folding – inner carton hotmelt dispenser is designed for the variable sizes of the inner boxes as per requirements. Height of the boxes would be limited to approx 35 mm. However, the length of the variable speed conveyor (approx 10 ft long) would be designed with the understanding of the quantities required per minute, considering the travel time required for the same. The working of the automatic hotmelt dispenser can be visualised in the video on the CD. Dispensing is initialised with the help of a sensor and cut off with the help of a timer/sensor. Specifications: motor – 0.5 HP; hotmelt dispenser – with 2 guns, glue tank (capacity approx. 3.0 kg); maximum heater load – 1.25 kW; main frame – fabricated and designed from MS angles and plates; and made from heavy construction to work vibration less. Optional accessories: programmable controller, programmable up to 4 patterns; patterns would be variable to line, drops, or fixed length intervals, at an additional cost; and nozzles with two drops/line and varied patterns.
