Glue, instant bonding

Acrabond Adhesives offers a range of glues for instant bonding. These are cynoacrylate esters specially formulated to function as instant glue. These are used especially by OE manufacturers and services industry. The range includes: Acra Cyno 400 - low viscosity, high strength, ethyl cynoacrylate esters designed especially for close fitting parts. Bonds instantly on contact; Acra Cyno 460 - very low viscosity (3 ~ 5cps), free flowing, fast setting instant glue; based on blended ethyl cynoacrylate ester. High penetrating property by capillary action between pre assembled parts are its prominent features; Acra Cyno 406 - medium viscosity 20 cps. It is a general purpose grade with excellent adhesion between difficult to bond rubber and plastic materials. Gap filling property is good (0.15 mm) between surfaces; and Acra Cyno 4600 - very high viscous (600 cps) ethyl based grade. Excellent gap filling property, thixotropic nature prevents the articles from shifting its position during its setting process. Slightly slow setting formulated for user convenience during assembly.
