Acrabond Adhesives a manufacturer of industrial greases, adhesives-sealants and specialised chemical locking solutions, offers Acrabond 332 Silicone Grease. This is a non drying grease for plastic moving parts/valves and gears. Benefits: non-toxic food grade grease; offers good resistance to solvents like methanol, isopropanol, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, diethylene, glycol, ethanol and hot and cold water; does not affect plastic or rubber parts; strong adhesive sealant; non melting; and stable over wide range temperature band of -40ºC to +260ºC. Applications: for lubrication of valves used in chemical industry and hot and cold water lines; as a lubricant for plastic and rubber parts; and for lubrication and protection of O-rings, rubber seals and other rubber assemblies. Characteristics: visual appearance – soft and tacky; colour – clear white; base – inorganic; base oil – silicone; density @ 27°C [typical] – 1.01 g/cc; NLGI grade – # 1; operating temperature range – -40/+260°C; and packing – 500 gm and 1 kg HDPE plastic bottle.
