Cyanoacrylate Adhesives

McCoy Silicones offers Cyanoacrylate Adhesives, Instantbond and Quantum. It is instant bonding for industrial applications. It simplifies process with single dispensing; reduces assembly time with extremely fast curing at room temperature; and high versatility with good adhesion to a wide range of materials and surfaces. Features: cure rapidly upon contact with a weak alkaline base. Other benefits: wide formulation range for different applications and performance; and good compressive, tensile and shear strength. Typical applications include bonding of rubber O-ring and seal; loudspeaker assembly; assembly of toys; and tacking of electronic components. Uncured adhesives may cause stress cracking of some plastics like acrylics, polycarbonates. Sealants and other related products are also offered.
