Axxon Material Science offers Automotive Sealing Paste/Solution for Sheet Metals, Axxon-GC-279.

Procedure to use GC-279:

• Apply thin coat or required coating thickness by dip coat preferably
• Followed to dry @ 40-50°C for minimum 15-20 minutes
• Then slowly increase temperature (10°C/minute) up to 120°C
• Allow to cure for 30-40 minutes
• Then take out coated steel and check the regular parameters for sealing applications
