Anaerobic Adhesives For Structural Bonding

McCoy Silicones offers of Anaerobic Structural Adhesives. It is used for industrial applications. It is ideal for structural bonding. Features: commence curing upon contact with recommended EFTM primers and activators; no direct mixing is required as the adhesive is applied on one surface and the EFTM product is applied on the other surfaces; and is best suited for rigid and close fitted assembly, and best for flexible and loose fitted assembly. Other benefits: high environmental and chemical resistance; and high service temperature. Main benefits: excellent shear, peel and impact strength; reduces assembly time with fast curing at room temperature; reduces cost and waste with no mixing and no work life limitations; and high versatility with excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials and surfaces. Typical applications: magnet assembly for motors and speakers; nameplates and machine plates; fuel pump components; automobile rear-view mirrors; and firearm parts and grips.
