Water Based Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

The system consists of solid state ultrasonic generator and a stainless steel tank mounted with ultrasonic transducer housed either in separate or single cabinets. Ultrasonic transducer converts electric energy into ultrasonic waves. This transducer includes special disc made of ceramic materials called piezoelectric elements. When an electrical signal is applied to it, the disc vibrates so rapidly that ultrasonic waves are created. This produces intense scrubbing action throughout the liquid which pulls out contaminants from the hidden recesses of complicated assemblies.
