Washing Machines, Vertical, For Glass Industry

Mahavir Mirror Industries offers machines and plants for production of insulating glass, manufactured by Simec, Italy. Entirely constructed in stainless steel, Simec's "open top" vertical washing machines are very heavily built. The machines consist of three sections: inlet conveyor, washing machine and outlet conveyor. The conveyor system with belts makes it possible to process very small or irregularly shaped panes as well. It is possible to install (optional) an electronic system that recognizes low emissivity glass that is then treated appropriately in the washing stage, excluding the brushes with the stiffer bristles and reducing the rotation speed of the others by half. The brushes installed are all high quality and long lasting. Special water sprayers ensure uniform washing. It is also possible to connect the machine to demineralized water or osmosis systems. The water is recycled in stainless steel tanks, separated for each pair of brushes, with heating of the water in the first tank. The dryer consists of closed circuit electric fans with an air filter. A safety system shuts down the air flow if the conveyor stops moving. Machine maintenance is reduced to a minimum and access is facilitated by the inspection doors on both the front and rear, making it easy to intervene rapidly.
