Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

Electrosonic Industries offers Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems. These are available with three stages - ultrasonic cleaning using alkaline (detergent) solution, hot water rinsing and forced air drying. In the first stage the components are cleaned using detergent/alkaline solution (5 to 10%) at an elevated temperature of 50 to 60°C for required time. Then the components are rinsed in hot water of 50 to 60°C to remove the traces of alkalis in the second stage. It is possible to have running water with inlet and outlet facility if need be. After rinsing, the components are dried in forced hot air drier to remove water traces and moisture in the third stage. A blower is provided to keep the air circulating and maintain uniform temperature in the drying chamber. Adjustable exhaust port is provided to drive the moisture out. Thus the components are obtained clean and dry for the next process or pack and dispatch in case of finished products.
