Ultrasonic Cleaner

Electrosonic Industries offers three stage ultrasonic cleaning system. It is manufactured using aqueous solvents. The first stage comprises of ultrasonic bath with built in heaters to raise the temperature of solvent. Temperature controller is provided to maintain the temperature in the bath. The second stage consists of rinse chamber with provision for heating with temperature control. Continuous flow of water can be maintained through inlet/outlet provided. Ultrasonic agitation in rinse chamber is an optional/added feature. Third stage is a drying chamber. The temperature in the chamber is maintained almost uniform by providing heaters and blower with proper baffles. The temperature is maintained at required level by means temperature controller. The cleaning process consists of first clean in ultrasonic chamber in aqueous solvent (alkaline or neutral), then rinse in the rinsing chamber and then shift the material to drying chamber for drying the material cleaned. All the inner chambers are manufactured from SS 300 series material. Outer cabinet is MS powder coated. The ultrasonic generator can built-in or provided in separate cabinet as required by user. They are custom designed to suit individual application. The cleaning bath capacity varies from 30 litres to several hundred litres correspondingly the ultrasonic power is 500 W to several kilowatts.
