ULTRASONIC CLEANERS

Electrosonic Industries manufactures Custom Designed Ultrasonic Cleaners using an unique transducer bonding method. These are manufactured indigenously to high international standards and specifications. Custom designed models are built to suit individual needs. These are specially designed units to suit critical applications, and high intensity units for intricate parts. Addition of dunking and spraying facilities is provided to enhance process, as an option. Salient features: cleaning tank made in SS 304/316 16/18 gauge; thermostatic temperature control; powder coated MS cabinet with excellent finish; tank cover of SS 304; timer of 15 minutes in-built in integral units; solid state ultrasonic generator; ultrasonic frequency 30 ±3 kHz; and transducers - PZT type using weldbond technology.
