Turbo Disc Tank Washing Nozzle

Siddharth Enterprises offers a range of nozzles for cleaning applications. Siddharth turbo disc is a compact yet effective tank cleaning device developed for the inside washing of industrial storage tanks, small barrels casks and vats used in the brewery, dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and other process industries. The disc is both driven and lubricated by the cleaning fluid. The rotating disc dispenses an instant powerful dense spray to all the interior surfaces of the vessel (360?). It can be differentiated in 2 types depending on its coverage factor: 1. Can give coverage of 360?; and 2. Can cover top 180?. This portable device is made available in SS316 and PTFE material and can be used in a wide variety of chemicals and detergents up to temperatures of 120?C. The SS316 models are used for cleaning of steel tanks, whereas PTFE models manufactured mainly for glass line reactors. The flow capacity of 100 lpm @ 2.0 kg/cm? pressure and 50 lpm @ 2.0 kg/cm? pressure ensures effective cleaning with low water consumption. However on requests and depending on the cleaning criteria models with lesser capacity flow can also be supplied. This model is readily available in a standard end connection of 1?BSP/NPT (F) for SS316 and PTFE models, and 3/4"BSP / NPT (F) end connection for PTFE models.
