Tank cleaning system

Mumbai-based Flow Control Industries offers a tank cleaning system. In pharmaceutical and food industry, maintaining sterile/hygienic conditions is being given top priority. This tank cleaning system is developed for the pharma, food and beverages, dairy and allied industries. The tank (any size) to be cleaned has to be loaded on the frame which automatically moves it to a vertical standing position for cleaning (it could be of any size, as the company can offer systems tailored to individual needs). The tank is then cleaned internally with the help of the nozzles. The liquid that is normally used for cleaning is either detergent solution or hot water. Steam is then given in order to sterilize the tank. Finally the residual liquid is dried with dry air. External cleaning takes place with the help of nozzles. Typical applications include chemical, oil, paint, food and beverages, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biomedical and other industries using drums and/or barrels.
