Sonic Soot Cleaning Systems

Uni Klinger offers Sonic Soot Cleaning System. This is based on the principle of kinetic activation of the dust particles, using sound waves generated by a sound generator operated by compressed air. A microprocessor-based programmer controls the complete operation of system. Sonic cleaning method gives uniform cleaning effect all over the equipment, covering all corners and inaccessible areas. Moreover, these are fully automatic in operation, thereby eliminating the chances of manual error. Because of the higher and adjustable frequency of operation, this method becomes almost continuous cleaning process. This helps in achieving and maintaining best operational efficiency of the equipment throughout the working period.
