Uni Klinger offers Bellow Seal Valves. It incorporates the encapsulated design thereby ensuring extended service-free bellows. It has been supplying piston valves with soft seals, for most of the hazardous, critical and expensive media such as heat transfer media (up to 330°C), fatty acid, H2, NH3, C6H6, C2H4 and of course, steam. It is applicable to hazardous chemicals such as BF3, ozone, hydrogen, liquid sodium and Cl3. A special feature is the inclined bonnet, along with standard bore size, resulting in reduced pressure drop across ports. It is built with hydra bellows from sizes 15 NB to 350 NB with butt weld or socket weld ends and flanged ends to # 800, 1500 and 2500 in A105, F 316L, WCB, LCB, and CF8M materials. The other products offered are seatless and glandless piston valves.
