Rotary Indexing Table Type Spray Washer

The Rotary Indexing type machine is suitable for lean manufacturing systems and allows one operator to load and unload the machine from one location and works several machines in a cell simultaneously. The front-loading carrousel type component-cleaning machine consists of rotary table, washing chamber, liquid tanks, component rotation arrangement and pneumatically operated front door arrangement washing and transfer pumps, heating system, liquid filtration system and PLC based control panel. This machine can be equipped with additional rinse zone and air-drying system for better cleanliness results. These machines are most suitable for small to medium specific single parts on a continuous basis at high production rates with the same load and unload point with quick cycle time in automotive and aerospace industry.
