Oil Cleaning Centrifuge Systems

CBS Technologies offers Oil Cleaning Centrifuge System. High-pressure oil flows in to the centrifuge rotor assembly through passages that feed the rotor spindle. This pressure and flow is converted in to rotational energy. As oil escapes through the rotor jet producing speed in the range of 4000-8000 RPM. Forces on the oil in the rotating centrifuge exceed 2000 times that of gravity. This pushes dirt and wears debris against the side inner wall of rotor bowl where it collects in black rubbery mass. Centrifugally cleaned oil is guided back to oil sump/tank by gravity. The simple rotor cleaning procedure is accomplished in five minuets of time.
