These centrifugal oil cleaners offer several advantage to users: eliminate paper by pass filter permanently; extend oil change period to almost double; and bring down substantially the wear and tear of engine parts. Oil enters the centrifuge under pressure and gets converted into rotational energy producing speed up to 6000 RPM and above. The resultant centrifugal force removes dirt from the engine oil depositing it on the inner wall of roller in dense coke form. Clean oil drains back directly to the engine oil sump. These centrifuges are 100% maintenance expense free, one time fitment, life long utility, many times more effective than a paper filter. Customer like Honda, Timex, Eveready, LG, Whirlpool, Escorts, BPL and several others have removed by pass paper filters from their DG sets and installed centrifugal oil cleaners.
