Industrial Vacuum Cleaners, 3-Phase

Planet series of heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaners, manufactured by IPC Soteco of Italy, is marketed in India by Soma Specialities. This heavy-duty industrial vacuum cleaner is ruggedly designed for tough operating environments and continuous operations. The vacuum effectively removes both dry-dusty and wet-greasy debris. The vacuum is available in several versions; all of them are built around the three-phase motors driving Siemens single-stage turbine (Models: 800 AF SM and 1000 AF SM) or Siemens two-stage turbine (Models: 600 AF SM, 600 AF SME and 1000 SM) of different vacuum power, depression and airflow. The vacuum standard components include removable and wheeled stainless steel 100-l tank; 25-pm, large-area polyester filter; manually operated lateral filter shaker; oval sight-glass; and vacuum gauge. The rugged steel chassis is mounted on four vehicle wheels made of nylon, two of which are swivel casters fitted with a brake. The vacuum upper tank, which houses the filtering system, is 560 mm in dia, while its waste tank is 460 mm dia. The Planet vacuum may be fitted with an electric filter shaker. Optional vacuum accessories and attachment sets are to be chosen to meet your specific cleaning needs. Application: dusty materials – wood, quartz, ceramic and electrostatic powders; aggregates – waste metals and textiles; dry oiled and loose waste; food and glass wastes; and hot scrapes and wastes.
