DE Scalers

Neotech Equipments Pvt Ltd offers a range of De-Scalers. These are pneumatic needle/chisel scalers that quickly and effectively remove scales, rust and paint even from the most inaccessible places. Air continuously flows over the working surface removing loosened particles, and leaving the surface visibly clean. The pricking action is controlled by a trigger on the handle. Normal working pressure is 88 psi and air consumption is only 12.5 cu.min. Several needle scalers can be operated from a two stage compressor. Applications: cleaning weld-flux, de-dusting, de-scaling, paint removing, etc. To confirm to any surface irregularity the needles are positioned in the needle holder in such a way that they adapt themselves to any surface configuration. Needle scaler can be converted to a chisel hammer in very short time by unscrewing needle holder assembly and screwing the chisel attachment on the body. The chisels of different sizes and shapes are readily available. Special feature: the positive locking of chisel is provided with the help of two step pins. The maintenance is very low.
