AEOLUS Air Showers supply concentrated class 100 air flow to blow off contamination adhering to the clothing surface of human beings while an individual stands in or walks through specially constructed air chambers. Its have pressurised air from adjustable nozzles at a velocity approximately 7500 feet per minute, which is located in ceiling and sidewalls. The contaminated is directed downward through aluminium grated all floor and hollow walls of the shower to the filters. The air shower is provided with a specially designed solid-state sequential control system, rendering the operation fully automatic. The electro-magnetic door interlocking arrangement permits opening of only one door at a time.
- Blower motor: High capacity forward curved blower statically and dynamically balanced, direct drive type, sized to provide adequate airflow.
- Electrical: 440V – 3phase 50 Hz
- Pre-Filters: Filter media, washable with water and reusable.
- HEPA Filter: Fibre glass made, fully tested to confirm US fed and IES standards of rating 99.97% for particles down to 0.3 micron.
