Trade Brush offers Abrasive Nylon Tufted Disc. In Industrial sector there are so many applications where these brushes perform brilliantly including small area deburring, surface preparation and finishing, rust and scale removal, sand and texturing, blending surface marks and edge radiusing and preferred for finishing ferrous metals. Tufted pattern provides filament flexibility from low  to high filament density, allowing the brush to conform to the part surface for a more even abrasive effect. We also manufacture an exclusive teardrop shaped disc brush for increased abrasive action. These brush enhanced cutting action up to 3 to 5 times faster than traditional filaments.
