Single Jersey Open-Width Circular Knitting Machines

Jiunn Long Machine Co Ltd, Taiwan, which is represented in India by the Delhi-based Dipti International, offers JLS-C Series Single Jersey Open-Width Circular Knitting Machine, which is designed specially for plain single jersey fabric with Lycra (Spandex). The main advantage is it can produce neat fabric without any wrinkles or crease marks on selvedges, lesser wastage for manufacturing garment, providing efficacious competition ability to knitter for fashion demand for flawless single jersey spandex fabrics. This series is designed for 4 tracks cam block system, capable of producing various patterns of fabrics by changing knit cam, miss cam and tuck cam.
The driving gears are made by strong resistant steel that decreases dynamic friction for excellent performance with reduced vibration. The gearing system uses oil bearings, in long time and high-speed operation and all roller-balls receive full lubrication that will decrease dynamic friction and extend machine life. These machines are processed by precise machine tools and the tolerance of central circularity driving portion is controlled within +/-0.01 mm for ensuring that these machines run smoothly, are noise-free and are able to perform with reduced vibration even at high RPM. Stability of the knitted density with fabrics with no crease mark is a practical proof.
Fabric patterns like float knit, pique, twill Lacoste, etc are possible: High quality fabrics for summer apparels can be knitted on this machine. Even fabrics for bed cover and industrial linings can also be produced, in case of knitting with Lycra/Spandex, and then it is able to knit fabrics for swimming suit and dancing tights. Standard offering is 4 tracks cam that are made by special alloy steel and carved by CNC milling machines and processed by high frequency heating treatment, ensuring that the machine's cam can be strong and reliable.
JLS-C Series is capable of producing fabrics both in tubular or and in open width, thus serving as dual-purpose takedown system. With open width neat fabrics without any wrinkles or crease marks on selvedges. It is also capable of making tubular fabrics, and can to converted to open width with much simplicity. The new electronics controls panel is much more sensitive than traditional control panels and can supervise abnormal status of the machine, and also show different related data. The production status and speed (RPM) can be monitored and also adjusted in order to keep the machine in best running conditions.
All type of cotton silk, linen, synthetics, blend etc, are possible to be knitted on this machine. Stage close type safety door adopts the practical requirements for operation. It enables the technician to stand or sit on the stage for proper machine adjustments. Closed type safety gates are designed with sensor switch on each safety door, which ensures that the machine stop as soon as safety door is opened.
Meanwhile, JLD-C series is designed specially for plain double are jersey fabric with Lycra (Spandex), with the main advantage to produce neat fabrics without any wrinkles or crease mark on selvedge, open width dyeing and finishing process for making high quality fabrics, lesser wastage for manufacturing garment. This series is designed for dial 2 tracks and cylinder 4 tracks cam box systems, which are capable of producing different designs of fabrics by using knit cam, miss cam and tuck cam in both dial and cylinder. This machine is capable of knitting a special kind of high value industrial fabrics, which are also known as Sandwich Fabric, that can be varied between 5 mm - 7 mm, and is highly suitable for garment with inserts like shoulder’s pads, shoe pads, hat inner fabric, etc. Besides, this machine is capable of producing more than 300 kinds of different patterns of fabrics.
