ROSSO Industries offers ROSSO 025 Smart, a Linear Linking Machine for the toe closing of children’s, ladies and men’s socks of every gauges, giving a high output and excellent quality steam, new super spring loaded conveyor with a device for the auto alignment of the socks. The machine compensates for the possible different height in the knitting of the stretch nylon courses, which patented conveyor confers to sock manufacturers the right of license to knit the socks according to the new ROSSO procedure that permits to obtain a seam similar to the loop by loop linking. The transmission and the sewing heads are contained in sealed oil housings, the two chain cutter devices to separate the socks from each other are enclosed in the sewing heads and completely self-lubricated. The sewing heads can be lifted to make easier for the operator to thread the needles.The trimming device, the conveyor blades and the conveyor height can be adjusted by single graduated micrometric knobs (Rosso Patent). The upper part of the machine is fixed on the frame. The machine includes the vacuum fan A120 with 120 liters container for waste removal.
