Rapid Desizing of Cotton Fabrics

This innovation will do away the long waiting period of 12 - 16 hours, presently in vogue with batch process. This rapid continuous process uses two baths (containing patented chemical) at elevated temperatures Rapid de-composition of sizes (mainly starches) occurs, bringing about salvation and subsequent removal of starches by efficient washing. The patented chemicals are offered together with the know-how for the continuous process with bleaching, so that they the grey cloth is ready for further dyeing and printing. Complete machinery, or detailed manufacturing drawings for building the processing line are offered. The systems will be cost-effective and space- and time-saving.
