Double Jersey Multi-feeder Circular Knitting Machine

JIUNN Long Machine Co Ltd, Taiwan, which is represented in India by the Delhi-based Dipti International, offers JLD-I Double Jersey Multi-feeder Circular Knitting Machine. This machine is designed for high production with special emphasis to a very high quality in plain interlock fabric. The cam block is designed for 2 tracks on dial and 2 tracks on cylinder, and the operation is very easy. This machine is equipped with 3 feeders per diametrical inch. Jiunn also offers JLD-K model, which is designed especially for body size seamless fabrics and garment. Oil bath system keeps the machine from dust and abrasion for a longer life.
The advantages of JLD-I are:

• Central stitch adjustment system, easy for adjusting GSM and yarn loop size (Patent No. 200586)
• Synchronised yarn feeder system, for easier yarn feeder positioning/adjustment (Patent No. 283855)
• Machines are able to run up to 30 RPM but with lower decibel and high production. For eg, 30 x 90F x 24~28G, 75/D polyester yarn, 190 kg per 24 hours
