The Pegasus X6 Double Drum-Raising Machine, offered by unitech textile machinery spa, italy, which is represented in india by the delhi-based dipti international, is well recognised for its reliability, easy operation and outstanding productivity. The Pegasus X6 raising machine is available with a large series of additional components and raising wires to find the best configuration for processing knitted fabrics (open width and tubular), woven fabric, warp knits, technical textiles, upholstery fabrics, velvet, as well as other fabrics or material subject to the raising treatment. Beside the standard 1:1 configuration of raising rollers, the machine can be supplied with the innovative MiniMaxi technology (Comet patent) having an increased number of counter pile rollers with respect to the pile rollers to achieve: Higher production speed (in comparison with 1:1 system) and better raising quality (shorter pile with higher density). Knit goods configuration of raising wires is also available.
