Bianco AP Rope Opener

Bianco AP Rope Opener for woven and knitted fabrics, used for open the fabric after bleaching, washing and dyeing process, can achieve high-speed without operator manual intervention and working with the best guarantee of efficiency in operation.
Optionals are : Hydraulic turntable for trolley rotation, which facilitates the operation of rope detwisting after washing or dyeing operations. Rope squeezer is used to reduce the quantity of water in the fabrics before detwister inlet, in order to reduce the weight of the fabric avoiding excessive elongation.
Rope opener line: The machine consists of detwister group, scroll rolls with centering unit and plaiter.
Rope opener line with open width squeezer: Possibility of installation with high squeezing mangle for processes without hydro extractor and for equalising the residual humidity on all the width of the fabric.
Vacuum system: Suction system based on vacuum pump to take out the water, normally used on synthetics fabrics. Possibility to use one or two suction pipes according to the application.
