WINDOW BLOW OFF SYSTEMS

Shiballoy offers Window Blow Off Systems. It gives the CNC machine operator a clear view of the machining operation normally hidden behind the spray of coolant used in CNC machines. The air stick provides a directed high velocity sheet of air on the inner surface of the machine window. This blows off the coolant spray, which prevented visibility. With a clean view of the manufacturing process, the operator can now monitor tool life thereby reducing rejections and make decisions for faster set up, better productivity. The air stick has no moving parts hence it is maintenance free. It will not damage/ scratch the window surface. The patented technology reduces compressed air needs to a minimum. It can be switched off when visibility not required. It is easy to install.
