ULTRASONIC PROBES

Electronic Industries manufactures Ultrasonic Probes. These probes are suitable for most of the ultrasonic flaw detectors. They make use of PZT (lead zirconate titanate) crystals. It is highly precise and offers better performance for NDT application, viz, flaw detection. They are manufactured in various sizes, frequencies and angles to suit different applications. Single normal probe - It is designed for excellent sensitivity. Lower frequency probe is available for better penetration: orientation straight or at 90(, with BNC connector. Double normal probe: these are designed for optimum resolution and excellent sensitivity. The main advantage of these probes is minimum cross talk between the elements. They are supplied with high strength flexible cable with internal anchoring and strain relief system. Large probes come with BNC connectors on the topside.
