TWIN VIBRATORY GRIZZLY FEEDERS

Nawa Engineers offers Twin Vibratory Grizzly Feeders. It is available in different capacities. It is designed for heavy-duty applications of feeding blasted rocks and mineral ores to primary crushing equipment. It is robustly built to handle very hard and abrasive run-off-mine materials in rigorous quarry and mining conditions. The heavily constructed and reinforced mainframe supports the feeder trough to withstand high impact loads of falling rocks under the dump hoppers. The twin vibratory mechanism fitted with heavy-duty roller bearings and synchronized through shaft drive chain provides an intense linear vibratory force that imparts a constant en masse speed to the material in the trough. Maintenance free oil bath lubrication of vibrators, easy and quick adjustment of vibration amplitude and stoke angle and a variable speed option are some of the unique features built into the machine. The feeder can handle large material volumes and big lump sizes with great efficiency. It is the ideal machine to do all three integrated functions, extraction-scalping-feeding, in any tough environment. Different models: 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 mm trough widths, and varying lengths for capacities up to 750 tonnes per hour are available.
