Besides the basic compressors with standard air receivers, the company can deliver all the ancillary equipments of the compressed air system. The working of any compressor produces three impurities, viz., water, dirt and oil. The water vapour of atmospheric air when compressed produces water. Air is also filled with dirt, which further collects the rust from tank and lines. This contaminated air, if not treated, get deposited in the plant airlines impeding airflow, which leads to inefficiencies in the system and failure of the equipments. There are applications where air is required clean, but also dry, like in painting, printing, etc. Very popular and effective solution is to install a refrigerated air dryer, where the moisture is forced to condensate. The last element in the compressor line is the activated carbon filter, which absorbs the remaining traces of oil in the air and delivers almost oil free air to the system. Refrigerated air dryers from Indo Air are as per flow capacities in accordance with ISO 7183. All dryers are shipped pre-piped and wired ready to install and operate. Indo Air filters are available from 3 micron to 0.01 micron particle removal capability.
