Hi-tech Machine Tools offers Thread/ Form Rolling Machines, TRM-15. This is a 15-tonne capacity circular thread/ form rolling machine based on the renowned principle of symmetrical movement of both roll shafts. By extensive field use and experience, it has been modified for better advantage, by making the carriage move on circular ground guide bars. This substantially enhances the rigidity of the machine, eliminating many maintenance problems in rolling like carriage lift, constant adjustment, etc. The hydraulic system built with standard elements ensures a continuous, steady, 15-ton thrust. The tilting of the shafts enables easy through feeding. The centralised lubrication system minimises the maintenance. Using a backlash eliminator, the TRM-15 Ton lends itself to serration/ spline rolling (plunge and through feed). The machine also caters to burnishing, straightening (including valve straightening, etc.)
