Take off metering injectors

Dropco Multilub Systems from Faridabad has developed a new pressure die casting take-off metering injector, which works very efficiently and precisely. This is made of good quality zinc material and design especially for precision machine tools. Working of this injector can be monitored from indicator pins that are provided on each outlet. When pressure comes to the injector, the indicator pins come out which shows that the injector is charged. Oil goes to the lubrication point when pressure drops, due to take off pressure and the same phenomenon takes place in each cycle. Two mounting holes of 5.5 mm dia are provided for fixing the metering injector. 1,2,3,4 numbers are given at each outlet and different doses can be provided at each outlet as per customer requirement. Technical specifications: Minimum working pressure: 5 Kg/Cm2 Maximum working pressure: 30 Kg/Cm2 Inlet port: 6 mm O.D. tube (primary line) Outlet port: 4 mm O.D. tube (secondary line). This can be fixed directly to required lubrication points in machine. Oil viscosity: 20-500 CST The product, launched at IMTEX 2001, is very easy to install and the oil reaches each lubrication point very safely. The oil flow is also exact as the working of the injector can be monitored by indicating pin at each lubrication point. The use of this injector can improve efficiency and productivity of machine tools. The product is an import substitute and will be sold through distributors only.
