The company offers a dual line Manual Grease Pump with the following features: this is a manually operated type of grease pump with two outlets `A’ and 'B'. The line can be changed with the help of lever as per requirement. It is available in the different transparent polycarbonate (imported) reservoir capacity, i.e., 3 kg, 4 kg and 5 kg. It can be used for feeding grease to bearings, bushes, chains, slides and other moving parts of a machine. Note: pressure gauge range, outlet port size and low level indication system can be provided as per customers’ requirement with additional cost. Working: this lubricating device is meant for ejecting predetermined amount of grease on each full stroke of handle. On pulling the handle, suction port of the cylinder get filled with grease. Spring force through follower over the top surface of the grease (controlled in the reservoir) further help to push grease into the suction port, the follower plate together with pump filling device eliminates possible formations of air pockets within the grease. While pushing the handle the grease will discharge with pressure through a check valve installed at the outlet lines of grease. The factory is situated in the industrial area of Faridabad town.
