Sub-tug conveyors

Haden International Group India Limited manufactures sub-tug conveyors useful for moving all types of goods and components in and out of store areas as well as in transporting parts to assembly lines. All working parts of the conveyor are concealed in a narrow trench beneath the floor level, where a power-driven endless chain drives the system. The removal of detachable trucks is quickly achieved by simply lifting a tow bolt on each truck. Another advantage is that floor excavations can be kept as low as 80 mm. This means a minimum ground disturbance and a low level of maintenance. Capacity of the conveyor depends on chain pull, but loads of up to 2,000 kg can be pulled. Chain is of 152 mm pitch with 15 mm diameter pin (heat-treated). Weight of the chain is 6.6 Kg/m. Breaking load and working load are 1,78,000 N and 17,800 N, respectively. The track is made of rolled steel (open channel type) that is 32 mm wide and 5 mm thick. Covers (chain return sections) can be fitted where required.
