Haden International Group India is turn-key solution providers for pretreatment, electro-deposition and painting facilities; paint shop conveyors, assembly line conveyors and transfer conveyors; engineered materials handling systems; and environmental pollution control equipment. Haden pioneered the electro-deposition technology in India in the early 80"s and have to date designed and constructed the largest number of electro-deposition plants. The system involves coating of the article by dipping in a bath of paint, which is charged. Both cathodic and anodic systems can be supplied, although cathodic systems have prevailed due to their distinct advantages of coating life and coverage. Paint utilisation is maximised by the use of efficient ultra filtrate cascade rinsing systems.
