Spray booths and desludge systems

Haden International Group India Limited develops spray booths and desludge systems to meet the ever-increasing quality demands of paint finishing. Haden Hydrospin booths provide totally controlled environment conditions with minimum maintenance requirements for the application of paints, lacquers and waxes. For less demanding conditions and where economies of scale are to be met, a number of derivatives of Hydrospin spray booth designs, which meet the relevant operating parameters for a variety of industrial applications, are offered. These booths are used for diverse applications such as domestic appliances, auto and plastic components and the general industry. The compatible desludge systems are provided for efficient paint waste management. Hydropac system that takes the booth water mixed with paint overspray from the spray booth and separates the paint sludge from the water and concentrates the sludge ready for treatment or disposal. Cleaned water is returned to the spray booth. Further treatment is possible wherein the sludge is dried in the Haden patented DryPure-2 to a dry powder to be recycled into host of applications.
