SPINDLES

Mahnot Grindage Industries offers Spindles. It is available up to 80,000 RPM to suit specific machine and components. Its speed can be increased by 25% in case of oil mist lubrication. It can be used on indigenous grinding machines and imported grinding machines. It is manufactured as per international standards and suitable for internal thread; profile; flute; surface and tool and cutter grinding operations. Spindle diameter 60, 80 or 100 mm and length 250 mm is available in seven different RPM ranges 28,000; 25,000; 22,000; 19,000; 14,000; 10,000; 6,000; 3,000 up to 1,000 in grease lubrication. It is suitable for heavy-duty precision grinding operations, due to four or more super precision bearings of grade P4 or ABEC-7 in matched pairs; with accurate preloading and calibrations. It is dynamically balanced and assembled with special grease for high speed and life.
