For grinding on same setting of machining the horizontal grinding head is suitable for grinding operations as: roll grinding; external grinding; internal grinding; groove grinding, etc., and can be suitably fitted on heavy-duty lathe; or, grinding machines and other special purpose machines in horizontal position. These are high performance grinding heads. Capacity available: power – up to 10 HP/7.5 kW or more; bore depth – up to 1000 mm or more; and grinding wheel dia – up to 400 mm or more (for continuous work load). The company assures users these high performance matchless heads (combining high speed technology + grinding technology) will satisfy all requirements of grinding which they had been looking for a long time. It will grind the job (external, internal) in the same setting after machining saving time for resetting; and achieving better accuracies with centre line.
