Universal Tools has introduced a range of solid carbide special tools and through coolant tools. This includes: like helical fluted drills, burnishing drills, high spiral drills, slow spiral drills, solid carbide reamer, burnishing reamer, step drill, combination cutter, high helix end mills, slot drills, ball nose cutter, tap cutter, profile and form cutter. The size ranges from dia 1 to 150 mm. These are made from selected carbide grades like K10, K20, K30, K40, P10, P20, P30, P40 depending on application. They are good on 8 axis and 5 axis grinding machines. The company spends a large portion of turnover in R&D and has dedicated production facilities.
