Smart control valves, zero leak

Qu-Con has developed highly accurate, reliable yet economical 3-way control smart valves for very precise temperature control for hot thermo oil systems. These smart valves have intelligent feedback electronic valve positioner interface card module capable of constantly giving feedback signals from valve to PID controllers. These valves with American KZ-2 friction free gland packing, have negligible stem friction, dead band and backlash hence, control signals are immediately converted in to stem movement giving very accurate valve positioning for minutest change in feedback signals. Accurate valve positioning in proportion to signals received in proportion to temperature change prevents position overshoots normally found in other control valves and so control temperature very accurately. The valves are basically of globe type design and are made in WCB cast carbon steel ASTM A216 body and SS 304 trim material as per Lukas SPA, Italy, specifications. These valves are offered in sizes from 25 mm to 155 mm, with on - off as well as linear proportionate characteristics. The valves are offered in leakage class V/V1 and pressure Class # 150 and 300. The motorized valves accept 4-20 mA signal from PT-100 RTD sensors and are controlled by self tuned Maxthermo/Brainchild PID controllers of Taiwan origin having fuzzy logics. The feedback signals from valve are fed to PID controller through electronic valve positioner interface card module.
