SINGLE SENSOR CONTROLLERS

Vrusu offers Single Sensor Controllers, VA52341. It is used for vertical autoclave sterilisation with drift free measurement accuracy of 0.1°C and the hands free adaptive PID control to keep FDA validation quite. The user interface comprises the keyboard and a bright, back lighted 16 x 2 yellow industrial grade alphanumeric display that is easily readable from a distance. Programmability of important parameters is through nested password control. The sterilization time, purge and the sterilization temperatures can be set or modified during the regular process by the user. Serial number of the instrument itself is alphanumeric programmable under password control for traceability. Inputs are one 3-wire PT100 with open and shorted sensor detection and an isolated water level probe or float switch input to reliably sense low water level for distilled to saline water. Outputs are drive (optionally relay) for external SSR heater control, one relay for purging and a buzzer for alarm conditions. Purge hibernation detection due to varied boiling points relative to sea levels is automatic. RS232 (or optional wireless) communication port is provided for profile logging by our loggers or using our CFR 21-complaint PC software. Instrument works reliably in the 80-275 V AC range.
