Vrusu offers Batching Control Units. It is a cost saving solution for concrete batching plant automation. It has control for 2 types of cement, 4 aggregates, 1 admixture and water. It embeds all the useful features required for the plant operator. Mix recipes up to 100 can be programmed and saved. Measurement accuracy on all analogue inputs is one gram. All digital I/ O are optically isolated from external connections. Real time report generation of material, cycles and batches is an add on feature. For precise control of material mixing, settable in flight correction, zero tolerance and inching control are provided. User can over ride auto operation whenever necessary. For all ingredients individual zero level detection relays are provided. Data port is provided to upload batching details to PC. Through this data port the unit can be remotely controlled by PC via batching control software BCS3210. Additionally this unit can be wirelessly controlled from a distance of 30 m.
