Abhijat Equipments offers a machine designed for economical production of precision turned parts. It caters to both bar work up to 25 mm collet capacity and manual or pneumatic chuck work in 110 mm size chuck preturned forged or cast blanks can be used. Model STL-25/110 with a fabricated base properly stress relived has a six position turret, rigid cross slide and vertical slide and vertical slide enabling a variety of operations to be performed with ease. The company offers direct version, which is ideal for machining of non-ferrous threaded components. This drive provided only higher spindle speed range and much higher switching cycles are possible compared to the counter shaft drive.Specifications: spindle capacity - round 25 mm dia, hexagon - 22 mm A/F, square 18 mm A/F; chuck size (manual/pneumatic) - 110 mm; maximum swing - 140 mm; main drive motor (reversible) - 0.37/1 kW, 700/3000 RPM; model with 32 mm dia and 42 mm dia spindle capacity are also available.
